Artistic Links

Haddo Arts is proud to collaborate with other local and national arts organisations who support our aspiration to deliver and encourage excellence for audiences and performers alike.

In the ten years since the first Haddo Arts Festival, we have collaborated with a variety of local and national arts and arts education organisations. These partnerships have delivered:

Song for Haddo: our schools music project delivered in collaboration with Music Co-operative Scotland (McOpera) which sees secondary school instrumental players mentored by professional musicians and primary school children engaging with Haddo’s heritage through brand new songs

Experimental Use of Space: curated by Roderick Scott and Margaret Preston. Since 2018 this visual arts exhibition has been bringing together work by emerging and established artists, giving opportunities for networking and mentoring alongside fascinating and thought-provoking three-dimensional works

Our Bodies, Our Imprint: 2017’s exhibition, our first collaboration with Gray’s School of Art, whose students worked alongside established artists to install works in Haddo House Grounds and Country Park
