On Sunday 7th June we were delighted to welcome Aberdeen City Music School, who performed a musical showcase around Haddo, in partnership with our monthly Haddo Arts Courtyard Concerts and Haddo House NTS.
Running from 11 am until 4 pm, Haddo House was transformed with 12 performances taking place throughout the historic house and grounds including the Library, Drawing Room, Hall, Game Larder, Peat Yards, Courtyard, and Chapel,
There was a huge variety of music on display, including solo recitals, chamber music, jazz performances, drawing room songs, traditional Scottish music, highlighting the young talent from the Aberdeen City Music School.
From pipes and drums, jazz piano, harp, guitar, trumpet, accordion, saxophone, and voice, Haddo was alive with music, with audience members enjoying a wonderful day surrounded by the beauty of Haddo.
